Non-iron aluminium sulfate

One of the important uses of non-iron aluminum sulfate particles is as a flocculant for the purification of drinking water and wastewater treatment. The iron-free aluminum sulfate particles are easily hydrolyzed formed insoluble precipitates, which help to remove the tiny particles that are not easily filtered in the effective time in drinking water treatment or too small to be precipitated by gravity.

Non-Iron Aluminium Sulfate Applications

1) In water treatment, it is used as a flocculant for drinking water purification and wastewater treatment, to precipitate impurities by precipitation and flocculation.
Because, after dissolving in water, it can make small particles and natural colloidal particles agglomerate into large flocs, thereby removing them from water, thus becoming a coagulant for water and wastewater.
2) In the paper industry, it is used as a sizing agent for paper to improve paper quality (reduce spots, enhance water resistance, permeability, increase hardness, etc.
3) Used as impermeable mordant and printing in the printing and dyeing industry.
Pigment industry is used to produce chrome yellow and precipitant, and also used as fixing agent and filler.
4) In the fire protection industry, it is used as a retention agent for foam fire extinguishers, made with baking soda and foaming agent.
5) In the food industry, it is used as a curing agent.
6) In the wood industry, it is used as a preservative.
7) In the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, it is used as a raw material and astringent for antiperspirant cosmetics.
8) In the textile industry, fixation of naphthol-based dyes for cotton fabrics.
9) As a raw material, it can be used to manufacture synthetic gemstones, advanced ammonium alum, and other aluminates.
10) It is also used as a raw material for the manufacture of alum and aluminum white, a bleaching agent for oil, a deodorant, and a raw material for some medicines.
