Beryllium Copper tools versus Aluminum Bronze tools.
Beryllium copper tools are harder, stronger, and more durable than aluminum bronze tools, but they can be more costly. Beryllium copper is highly resistant to corrosion and has good electrical and thermal conductivity. It can also be used for applications that require good wear and fatigue resistant properties.
Aluminum bronze tools are generally less expensive than beryllium copper tools and tend to be easier on the user’s hands, making them preferable for certain applications. Aluminum bronze is not as hard or strong and is not as corrosion resistant as beryllium copper. It also has lower electrical and thermal conductivity than beryllium copper.
