Thin-film solar Laser scribing mass production machine is designed for efficient and large-scale production, equipped with multi-beam parallel processing technology, supporting large-size glass/flexible substrates of 1200x600mm and above (single processing area ≥0.72㎡), laser accuracy ≤20μm, and maximum scribing speed ≥1.5m/s.The Thin-film solar Laser scribing manufactured by Microtreat adopts a mechanical spectroscopic optical system, and each channel is equipped with an attenuation module to ensure the stability of the beam power. Integrated visual positioning and distance measurement system, compatible with P0-P5 full-process laser process, stable yield ≥ 98%, adapted to roll-to-roll (R2R) process, enabling low-cost, high-consistency mass production of perovskite components.
